Welcome to The Book Palace! We've been selling books and illustration art for 40 years and pride ourselves on our service and our unique range of illustrated books featuring the works of book illustrators and comic book artists worldwide.As Book Palace Books we are the proud publishers of illustrators, the art quarterly featuring the world's finest illustrators and their art. We also publish illustrated books, produced to a high standard, and these prestigious limited editions have proven highly collectable -- see more about us for more on our background, our books and our art!

Making A Purchase
You can place an order here online or by , telephone and post. Our telephone number and email address for all correspondence is shown at the top of every page. All items are charged at checkout. Orders for upcoming items are guaranteed to be the cheapest price available upon publication. If you wish to reserve an upcoming item without paying in advance please contact us by phone or email.To order online just browse our store and click 'Buy' to add any items into your shopping cart/basket. After you have completed your selection, click on 'Checkout' near the top right of the page and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Click 'View Cart' to see your shopping list at any time.

Shipping And Handling
All our parcels are sent fast and securely by courier. Shipping is charged at actual cost and is automatically calculated based on the total weight of your items in kilograms (kg) with 1kg = 2.2lb. We often subsidise the delivery cost and make no profit from shipping.Please note that:

Delivery Schedule
All orders received by 2pm on a business day are despatched the same day and will normally arrive the next working day within the UK. International orders are usually received in under 5 business days.Please inform us as soon as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

In the very unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We guarantee the price of back ordered items, even if the price changes after your order.Credit Card Security
